At Red Dog Children’s Museum, we celebrate diversity in all forms. Commitment to Inclusion

We are dedicated to providing an environment that is free from harassment, bullying, and discrimination. All individuals who engage with the museum, whether as employees, volunteers, visitors, or partners, are expected to uphold and promote this commitment.

Reporting and Resolution  

Any instances of discrimination, harassment, or bullying should be reported immediately. Reports can be made to any staff member, Human Resource, or directly to the Executive Director. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly and thoroughly. Retaliation against individuals who report discrimination or participate in an investigation is strictly prohibited.

Education & Training

To support this policy, Red Dog Children’s Museum will provide regular training and education for staff and volunteers on diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-discrimination practices. We will continuously review and improve our policies and practices to ensure they meet the highest standards of fairness and respect.
